python3Packages.fpdf2: disable test failing with Pillow 13.0.0

test_image_with_explicit_dimensions compares against a reference PDF
generated under Pillow 12. Upstream regenerated it for Pillow 13 on
main (py-pdf/fpdf2#2043, commit 597cfff); the fix rides 2.9.0, so
disable the test until the update lands.

Fixes NixOS/nixpkgs#580380. Upstream: py-pdf/fpdf2#2085.

Not-cherry-picked-because: release-26.05 only, master still has Pillow 12.3 where the test passes
