gtk-sharp-beans: drop

gtk-sharp-beans provides extra functionality for gtk# 2, which is being
removed from nixpkgs. according to its readme, it is ostensibly
obsoleted by gtk# 3. additionally, it has been archived upstream since
february 2018 and is unused in nixpkgs.
