retroarch: auto-detect joypads

Set the 'joypad_autoconfig_dir' setting to where autoconfig files are,
instead of using the built-in default of ~/.config/retroarch/autoconfig,
which is empty.

Tested with my PS5 DualSense controller, which now works.
