python3Packages.lance-namespace: fix passthru test

`buildPythonPackage (finalAttrs: ...)` exposes the
`optional-dependencies` attribute under `finalAttrs.passthru`, not
`finalAttrs`.  Use the right attribute name in the passthru test to
fix the evaluation failure.
