nixos/syncthing: use requires instead of requisite for syncthing-init

Requisite= races during nixos-rebuild switch, syncthing-init can be
started before syncthing.service and then fails with result 'dependency'.
Requires= pulls syncthing.service into the same transaction, so
After= can order the jobs correctly.
