852d868fe6 coreboot-utils: mark nvramtool x86 only 
accessors/cmos-hw-unix.c is only implemented for x86, else there is a
stub, but that fails to compile.

96e0d84b53 hdf5: enable szip with libaec 
szip is unfree, that's why using it was disabled by default. Also, if
cmake was called with `-DHDF5_ENABLE_SZIP_SUPPORT=ON`, we got the
messages:

    -- Could NOT find libaec (missing: libaec_DIR)
    CMake Warning at CMakeFilters.cmake:221 (message):
    SZIP support in HDF5 was enabled but not found

Meaning the library szip was no longer in use by this library since an
earlier release.

827a794ce4 coreutils: skip flaky du tests 
tests/du/deref.sh and tests/du/inacc-dir.sh can fail depending
on filesystem behavior due to non-deterministic disk usage.

Other du tests are already skipped in nixpkgs, so extend the
skip list accordingly.

c61c7418d0 bat: genericize shell init for bat-extras packages 
Moves shell init logic specific to bat-extras packages into the
extras packages themselves. The bat package itself is now only
reponsible for registering the bat-extras shell inits. Also uses finalAttrs.finalPackage to correctly handle overlays on bat-extra packages.

eeffabacd0 tdarr: fix update script to handle non-ASCII zip entries 
nix-prefetch-url --unpack uses libarchive which fails on zip files
containing non-ASCII filenames. Replace with curl + unzip + nix hash path
to avoid the locale issue.
