Switch from poetry-core to uv_build to match the new upstream build backend. Requires corallium >= 2.3.0, satisfied by the previous commit. Notable change: every output directory is emptied before rendering, so the first run after upgrading shows a real diff for templates using _skip_if_exists. https://github.com/KyleKing/copier-template-tester/releases/tag/3.0.0 Assisted-by: Goose + GLM 5.3 Flash
