Updated done using:

`$ nix-shell maintainers/scripts/update.nix --argstr package libvirt`

The additional change in package.nix is caused by a upstream change [0]
that first appeared in 12.6.0. Although the commit message [0] says
the libvirtd driver option should be sufficient to turn this on, this
seems not to be the case.
