Austin Horstman cce7b734f9 vimPlugins.bitbake: preserve 6.0.2 
BitBake removed contrib/vim after 6.0.2 because Vim 9.0.0067
includes the syntax files. Keep packaging the last tag that provides the
standalone plugin.
