Wire users.users.<name>.{autoSubUidGidRange,subUidRanges,subGidRanges}
into userborn, which allocates and writes the subid files.
The userborn-import-legacy service seeds the subid files from
/var/lib/nixos/auto-subuid-map so that existing auto allocations
survive the migration to userborn.
