Pratham Patel abb8a9f7e7 Revert "python3Packages.cuda-tile: fix compilation error caused by deprecated setuptools parameter" 
This reverts commit 3e4809ea51.

This was done in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/550175 and two
PRs created a race for the same fix, ironically _causing_ a build
failure in trying to fix the build failure.
